His current responsibilities include supervising, distributing daily jobs to be done amongst technicians and supervising their work, performing QC on all repaired terminals for the day, performing KPA for the team, training electrical interns and transferring skill amongst technicians, repair of advanced terminals, troubleshooting difficult repairs and performing circuit analysis to solve problems and report writing.
