About the Role
We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper to join a dynamic cleaning and facilities services team operating in a hospitality-focused environment. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering excellence, building strong client relationships, and managing teams with professionalism, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for the efficient supervision and direction of all site activities, ensuring high standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company values and objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison
• Ensure SLA delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing client feedback
• Conduct regular site inspections and client feedback meetings
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when needed
• Guide and support team training, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels
• Monitor operational costs, consumables, equipment needs, and wage spend
• Uphold health and safety compliance (OHS), conduct audits, and ensure incident reporting
• Drive performance culture through coaching and feedback
• Contribute to new business leads and upsell opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality and align operations with company policies
What You’ll Need
• At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership or housekeeping role (preferably in hospitality or cleaning services)
• Strong communication, people management, and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of SLA management, OHS compliance, budgeting, and operational processes
• A natural leader who is proactive, organized, solutions-driven, and committed to quality
• Understanding of South African labour and health & safety legislation
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, facilities management, or similar (advantageous)
