It’s interesting how often candidates express frustration about applying for numerous positions without receiving feedback. While this concern is understandable, it’s important to shift some of that energy toward ensuring your CV is properly prepared and up to date.
In our experience, it is surprising how many applications we receive with outdated or incomplete CVs. For example, a CV may indicate that a candidate is currently employed at a specific company, when in reality they have changed roles multiple times since then. Every detail on your CV matters and directly impacts your application. Even something as simple as your current employment status can influence how your application is assessed.
If you are not taking the time to update your CV or are applying for roles for which you do not meet the minimum requirements, it becomes difficult to expect feedback. Applications that do not meet the basic criteria are typically not considered, and due to the volume of applications, individual feedback is not always feasible in such cases.
We strongly encourage you to invest time in preparing a professional, accurate, and up-to-date CV, and to apply for roles that align with your skills and experience.
