Dear Hiring Managers,
We would like to make a sincere and heartfelt request.
The candidates we represent are professionals who, in many cases, are currently employed. When they decide to explore new opportunities, there is no guarantee that they will remain available for long. Applying for a new position requires a significant investment of their time and effort. They prepare and submit documentation, complete screening questionnaires, arrange time away from work to attend interviews, and often cover their own travel expenses.
We therefore kindly ask that candidates be treated with the same respect and consideration that they extend to prospective employers. The least they deserve is timely feedback on their applications and interviews.
We fully appreciate that recruitment processes can become delayed and that workloads can sometimes be overwhelming. However, if feedback is likely to take longer than anticipated, we would greatly appreciate a brief update. Even a simple message advising of a delay allows us to keep candidates informed and reassured while they await an outcome.
