The candidate attained a Diploma in Public Relations, and holds a Call Centre Agent Diploma, and a Certificate in Customer Relation Management. After 16 years in Banking, she resigned from her role at the bank, where she worked as Client Sales & Service Coordinator, to start a career in FMCG. She started as an Instore Activation Consultant , and worked different contracts as Brand Ambassador, within the FMCG industry. After securing a permanent position within the FMCG industry, she worked as Area Customer Development Consultant, where her key responsibilities were to call on all Branded Retail Stores, all Petrol Stations, Fresh-Stop and Non- Branded Sites, including all retail Deli Stores. She worked as Account Sales Manager, until she was recently retrenched, and has gained vast sales exposure and is actively seeking a sales role within the FMCG industry. She has learned to handle various tasks simultaneously in a calm and effective manner and has developed a capacity in evaluating situations and identifying appropriate courses of action. She has excellent leadership skills, including the ability to remain composed and polite and to diffuse situations, when required.
