The candidate attained a NDip. in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering. She is currently studying toward a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She completed courses in Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, as well as a Management Development Programme. She is registered as a Candidate Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council of South Africa. She has solid experience working as a Project and Safety Engineer. Her last position was that of a Regional Technical Manager. She gained extensive working experience in different Industries including, Manufacturing, Mining , Construction, Consulting, as well as in the Petrochemical Industry. She also gained experience in Project Management, Budgets, Staff Recruitment, Disciplinary hearings, and Incident investigations
