The candidate obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2003, Bachelor of Science Honours in Industrial Physiology in 2006, Certificate in Labour Relations in 2009. He has 14 years’ Sales Management, Product Management and Business Management experience in the Medical, Chemical Specialty industry (Food/ Pharma / Industrial/ Mining chemicals). The candidate started his career as an Internal Sales Consultant, and later explored the educational arena as a Chemical Technical Research Assistant and buyer in the Commercial and Marketing environment where he obtained valuable experience in management of the laboratory, technical research and student lecturing. This equipped him to move into the Corporate Arena as a Product Specialist: Marketing and Purchasing. He was responsible for negotiations with Europe and Asian producers of raw materials used in Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics industries and procure goods into South-Africa. His greatest achievement was to have maintained the highest GP target set. The candidate completed his Master in Business Administration in 2011 and started as Sales Representative in the Chemicals and Explosive industry. The candidate is currently a Sales Manager responsible for a team, key account management, sales and business development. He is ready for new challenges and will be well suited in a challenging environment.
